Introduction

I would like to introduce myself.  My name is Kristin.  I teacher Elementary Physical Education to students in kindergarten - fourth grade.  I also teach Yogafit at the local YMCA.  I have struggled finding balance in my life for years.  Yoga has helped me in the past 2-3 year to work towards it.  Like most people, I have also struggled with eating healthy and finding time to exercise.  At the start of this school year I was the heaviest I have every been.  I had little to no energy by the end of the day.  I wasn't sleeping very well at night and I felt like I was always in pain.  Yoga was the only thing that was helping me to get through the week.

I will be using this blog to share my journey through life as I continue to find the balance for the mind, body, & soul!

I'm currently in the beginning stages of my new blog Balance for the Mind, Body, & Soul.  I plan to use this as a place for me to post anything relating to finding balance in our lives.
